Review from BeerAdvocate Magazine Issue #45 (Oct 2010):
Tallboys! Good choice! Huge froth with sticky hop goodness as the head holds strong. A bale of hops was just thrown at our noses. Snap and a bite, carbonation and hops pair up well. Oily citric hop flavor throughout; toasted grain with bread crust and biscuits on the palate. Super clean, though there is a mild estery pear fruitiness from the yeast. Hops and malt don't clash but rather meld well together, a perfect balance for such a well-hopped brew. Put this on your short list. Yeah, we'll say it. Sessionable!

A - Clear copper orange body, with big, pillowy white head that reduces quickly to a thin, partial film and slight lacing.
S - Strangely muted, but some mild pine and malty honey. A bit of floral hop, too.
T - The nose, but not muted. The pine comes out front, along with a bit of pith, and some orange flesh notes, against a background of cracker malt and slight hints of honey, but at the mid-point, there is a sharp spike of hop bitterness that continues through the close.
M - Very snappy carbonation scrubs the tongue. The result is a very easy drinker, despite the bitter finish.
O - Solid, bright ale that packs some flavor, too.
