22oz into a tulip. Pours a hazy pale straw color w/ a 1-finger head.
Aroma is lemony, peppery, clean, bready, yeasty. Smells a bit like a bakery.
Taste is a blend of lemon zest, spice, and pale bready wheat malt. The acidity works nicely to clean the palate while simultaneously urging you toward the next sip. Very drinkable.
Mouthfeel is crisp and light, with a pleasant citrusy twang and a nice dry finish. Mouth-watering.
Overall a very drinkable and refreshing beer, perfect to enjoy after mowing the lawn on a sunny spring afternoon.

Champagne body with white trails. 4
Peach and baguette nose with a touch of DMS. 3.75
Clean wheat, peaches, unpleasant soupy middle, maybe a bit of anise, and lots of tartness. 3.25
Downright nasty aftertaste.
Crisp, fizzy, lt-med. 3.75
Not right! DMS off notes - lots of tomato and creamed corn. Not quite a Berliner weisse, either.
