12oz can poured into a pilsner glass.

Pours clear yellow golden. Medium pale head, plenty of carbonation. Smell is grassy, hoppy, pleasant, and mild.

Taste is grassy, straw/hay, yeasty. Pretty nice, actually. A little lemon zest.

Mouthfeel is dry and light. Overall, nice pale ale.

I think this beer is excellent. Fresh and delicious. Crisp and bready flavor, pretty full body for a pale ale. I really enjoy this beer.

a fine pale ale here, but really nothing that hasnt already been done. its pale yellow from the can, really heady and fizzy, with a nose of biscuit malt and grassy european style hops. its got good bitterness throughout, a light bready malt base, and a lingering finish that is still plenty refreshing. in a blind taste test, it wouldnt stand out from any of the other solid pales out there, nothing distinguishing about it, but its well made and sort of covers the lighter end of the pale ale spectrum for me. its gets a little import like in stale grain assertiveness up front, but its quickly lost to the bubbles and hops. overall a worthy can of brew, but not one i will find myself seeking out again.

12 oz can into tulip

Appearance - Crystal clear light amber, 2 finger fluffy head with awesome retention and lacing. Great look.

Smell - Think light fresh squeezed orange juice, a bit sour, slight biscuits and toasty malts

Feel/Taste - Feels light and crisp with ample carb, medium-light body. Taste is like nose; light, juicy, and orangey citrus hops with a little kick of bitter and sour notes. Trails off with feint toasty biscuit malt to balance and slight bitterness, finishes very dry

Overall - Pretty solid APA, definitely citrus hop forward in a unique sour orange way. Crisp and sessionable feel for 5.6% ABV, but I would have liked just a touch more malt sweetness for balance in the body.
