Pours a nice golden color with a big fluffy head that sticks around and leaves a ton of lacing on the glass. Good carbonation and lots of bubbles rising up from the bottom. The smell is wonderful. Huge blast of citrus assaults the nose - lots of grapefruit and tangerine, really smells wonderful. It took me a while to take the first taste just because it smells so good. Taste - very mild bitterness, some grapefruit on the end. Essentially a muted version of the smell. Kinda let down by the taste, but it's still quite good. The weakest aspect of the beer is by far the mouthfeel. It's simply too thin. Otherwise, this is a very good IPA.

This is in my top 5 ipas. Has great carbonation, clarity, honey malt taste but all those stand well below the chinook hops in this beer. It is a true NW IPA not a malty imposter. Honey malt shines in this one but the hop aroma and more so the taste make this absolutely delicious.

Clear amber with two fingers of white head. Good retention and plenty of lace.
Smell is floral resinous hops some pale malt.
Taste is NW IPA all the way. Resinous and floral hops some pink grapefruit and a healthy dose of pale and caramel malts.
Mouthfeel is medium and carbonation is just right.
Overall a good example of the NWIPA and a very fine one from a can. Found this in Kennewick, Wa. Well recommended.
