serving came from 16.9 ounce bottle, poured into a pint glass.
A: Clear golden amber hue with 1 1/2 fingers of creamy off white colored head. The head lasts quite a while and leaves very thick lacing on the glass. The last remaining pour contained a bit of yeast sediment clouding the beer only slightly.
S: Great strong aroma of citrus and floral hops w/ slight hints of caramel malt.
T: Great floral citrus hop flavor finished with a blend of flavors including subtle buttered bread, the sweetness of vanilla and hints of ginger tartness. A very complex and great taste.
M: Medium bodied beer that was very creamy and smooth. The carbonation leaves a slight lingering sweetness in the finish.
D: Exceptional beer. This is an excellent full flavored beer that finishes smooth and clean with a hint of sweet caramel malt.
I could drink this all the time if I could get it around here. Bought this on a trip to Portland about a week ago and only found one bottle to bring home. I need to go back for more.

On draft at The Lark, East Northport, NY.
Poured a hazy light brass hue with a half finger white cap. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a blend of herbal and piney hops with a round malty aroma.
The taste featured clean piney hops atop a based of round pale malts.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a superior APA.
