Pours a nice bright straw yellow with a quickly dissipating white head.

Smell is lemony.
Taste is lemony, crisp, dry, mild grapefruit rind barely backed with a thin pale malt profile. It is a very pleasing and refreshing dry and crisp pale ale ala Daisy Cutter but with a bigger hop nose and bite.

I'd drink a lot more of it if it wasn't twice the price it should be for comparable products.

Very drinkable, light-bodied, citrus-forward APA. Bottled: 10-3-13

Pale orange, slightly hazy but still fairly bright. Copious foam and intricate lacing all around the glass.

Pale malt and citrus peel aroma, light green botanicals.

Moderate bitterness, very light and airy feel, earthy herbal green hop bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste. Bitter greens, light citrus peel, pale malt flavors. Quite drinkable and clean. Overall a very nice APA, a classic some might say, though a tad pricey for what it is.

A - Pours a cloudy, very light orange-yellow with a cream colored head with good retention.

S - Light malt caramel and oranges.

T - Orange bitterness with a light malt-breadiness.

D - Tons of carbonation with a light body.

O - Light orange and malt forward. Getting a bit old, but still solid.

A very pleasant surprise. This one poured a silky light amber color with a big white frothy head that stayed.

I couldn't really detect alot from the aroma There was a good amount of hops, the typical grapefruit and citrus over tones.

I was really amazed at the first sip. It was smooth yet just enough bitterness from the hops. It was big, but well balanced between fruit and malt.

The aftertaste was very nice, a slow lingering process, reminding you that you just tasted a nice soft beer, simple yet a bit complicated.

Tasted this again. The one difference I picked up from the last time was that I thought this ale was a little on the lighter side then I remembered. Still a very sound clean crisp beer.
