Bottled Jan 2013, opened Dec 2013.
A - Killer looking beer. Stellar bone white head with outstanding retention and sheets of lace. Deep cheery wood ice tea body.
S - A little funky. Wet leaves, old malt, pumpernickel bread, and molasses.
T - This bottle might have sat a little too long. Leafy hops, musk, molasses, raisiny malt, and caramel.
M - Light body. Nice carbonation.
O - Not a bad, but not quite where I'd expect it to be. I think this bottle was a little old. Will definitely try it again.

Color is a nice amber with plenty of head.
Odor is a little piney and citrusy. Some malt comes through as well. A little bit of biscuit in there too.
Taste is hops up front. Transitions and becomes more complex. Some malt, toffee and a little grapefruit come through. Ends with some very nice hop bitterness.
Mouth feel is middle of the road. Not overly carbonated and not heavy.
Overall, an excellent beer from Maine Beer. Balanced and complex. Hits many of the requirements for an outstanding beer.
