Bottle dated 5/31/12 poured into a Tired Hands tulip/wineglass.
Pour: Very dark brown, almost black with a finger and a half tan head.
Smell: Vanilla, roasty oats, little bit of coffee.
Taste: Really great roasty oats and bitter mocha. Some espresso bitterness and vanilla. Really great.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, but light and drinkable.
Overall: Pretty solid stout. Has aspects of an oatmeal stout, so almost a hybrid. Nice though. Would maybe get again.
Serving type: bottle
