Served on tap at House of 1000 Beers
A - Pours a rich black brown, big two finger tan head, mild lacing.
S - Great vanilla scent, some well balanced roasted malts, baking chocolates, a light note of earthy hops.
T - The vanilla flavor in this is good, its not overbearing either, the malt is balanced, not too sweet or smokey/roasted. There is a mild hop profile underneath, sometimes hard to get to though.
M - Creamy and smooth, but the mild ABV doesnt make this sticky or too heavy at all. Love that.
O - A really good Stout that I could enjoy more than one in a setting. The vanilla isnt as potent as they make it out to be in flavor, but its a nice touch. I'd say its similar to Dominion's Oak Barrel Stout.

Poured from a bottle into a perfect pint glass.
Pours dark black, full 1/4 inch of tan foam. Sticks around the sides. Coffee espresso nose, hints of vanilla. Burnt wood too. Taste is a full malt bitter, coffee notes. Undercurrent of vanilla, especially in the aftertaste. Chewy. Real good.
