Availability: Rotating

Notes/Commercial Description:
Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

A: hazy, dark honey; pillowy, 2 finger white head; great lacing;

S: grapefruit, pineapple, and pine

T: pine and pineapple up front; some malt sweetness in the med-palate; some bitterness, but it doesn't dominate; sweet clementine along with the bitterness during a long finish;

M: medium bodied; carbonation is perfect; really easy to drink; dry finish;

O: if I could get this beer regularly, I'd never drink anything else.

Hazy and vibrant orange with a spongy white head. Great retention.

Delicate aromas of orange and lemon zest, then some pine. Grainy malt accent.

The pine is heavier in the taste and duels with the orange and lemon. The lemon is long in the finish along with a sweet malt.

Mouthfeel is light, crisp and clean.

A very good IPA, though I have to say I was expecting a little bit more out of it based on what I've read. Very good, but not elite.
