Bottled March 25, 2014. Opened April 3, 2014.
A - A stunning IPA. Thick, foamy towering white head with outrageous lace and retention. Light haze on a wheat gold body.
S - Bright citrus, pine, white bread, and wood with an edge of cilantro.
T - Mellow. Almost a pale ale to Maine's Lunch IPA. Net sweet and malt forward; bread crust, biscuit, and a touch of toffee. Bitter greens and black pepper finish.
M - Soft medium body with nice carbonation.
O - Smooth and sessionable. Drinks a lot like the session IPA's that are currently in vogue; quite an accomplishment at 7%.
