From BeerAdvocate magazine Issue #59 (December 2011):
LOOK: Clear pale gold
SMELL: Dried grass, herbal hop, floral, golden raisins, ripe apples, bready
TASTE: Extremely smooth, light body, doughy biscuits, clean, grainy, balanced bitterness, faint lemon zest, apple skin, dry finish
Named after the Delaware Blues, a regiment that fought in most major battles of the Revolutionary War, this is a middle-of-the-road, easy-drinking brew. And that’s OK. Craft beer can sometimes be simple and solid at the same time. No frills. Balanced. Easy to knock back.
