Not bad, but I won't be drinking this over some Belgian white ales any time soon.

I had 330ml bottle. A wheat beer in Belgian style white beer. Brewer's site lists the use of coriander, juniper berry and bitter orange with low bitterness 15 IBU.
Appearance: pours light colour with white cloudiness as anticipated. White head settles to average lacing.
Aroma: wheaty straw aromas with yeast and some bannana esters although quite faint.
Flavour: mild and light mouthfeel leaves a cool finish in the mouth with low hop bitterness. Not much evidence to me of the spices brewer seemed to be aiming to deliver. Little bit of the banana otherwise it finishes a bit like "disprin" for those that remember (cloudy flat bitter aspro clear for those who don't!).
Overall: I expected more of this beer. I was hoping to get much more aroma and flavour. It fell a bit short in all areas. Still quite a drinkable beer but not one I'd have a few of at a time or head out to buy a case of for home. I'd be over it by a few bottles.

Format: standard 330mL brown bottle, stylish and cute label per the White Rabbit norm.
Appearance: pours out a light pale straw yellow with a good cloud. A great explosion of white head up to an inch before slowly dropping to a creamy finger. Decent lacing on the glass.
Aroma: smells of orange citrus with sweet wheats and something else quite sweet - perhaps honey?
Taste: and yes it was definitely honey accompanying the orange citrus and wheat. Pretty much a carbon copy in the mouth.
Aftertaste: a touch of bitterness with a lingering sweetness from the citrus and wheat.
Mouth feel: medium in feel with a moderate to higher carbonation. Pretty good.
Overall: quite a nice take on the witbier style - probably worth it overall at AU$73 a case.

White Rabbit White Ale, I surprised myself when I noticed after getting a cheap 6 pack of this that I haven't yet reviewed this and its brother even though I have had both on several occasions. As I recall the Dark Ale is a better brew, but hey my memory's become fuzzy after years of drinking beers... Cheers!
Poured from a 330ml bottle into a Chimay chalice.
A: An excellent cloudy pale straw body with a pure white half centimetre head greets me. This is exactly what one would expect from a Witbier, spot on.
S: Big chunky cider apples, coriander and orange zest. White Ale has a real love affair with apple Esters. That being said the aroma as a whole is a bit muted and light, though detectable, hopefully it can throw up some heady Wit flavours.
T: As noted above that apple Ester is the biggest feature of this light Wit, almost like I'm drinking a cider. There are notes of coriander and orange zest as well. Mid-palate there's grainy note as well. Finishes on a light orange bitterness.
M: Mouthfeel is good, mid to light bodied, with a creamy (but slightly excessive, i.e. burpy) carbonation.
D: Interesting enough to make it a decent summer beer, though it could use a smidge more flavour intensity, this is nonetheless a good effort for an Aussie Wit. Plus it's bottle-conditioned, with yeast floating around having a great time in my glass, as it should be. Would I get it again? At $15 a 6 pack, heck yes, in summer though... I would have preferred to have gotten my mittens on the Dark Ale as I remember it being bolder and tastier, next time Dark Ale, next time.
Food match: This is a salad brew through-and-through. I recommend the salad Niçoise or a classic Caesar salad.

Okay, so I am in Sydney and trying to absorb as much of the local culture as I can in my time here. I bought this at Fine Wines in George Street by the Four Seasons.
Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with slight head and minimal lacing. The aroma is slightly vegetal but not all that appealing like some Belgian whites. No new mown hay scent. Taste is slightly tart, slightly grassy with a bitter middle and a short dry finish. Mouthfeel is generally thin and overall not the best of style.

Appearance: Light hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. Minimal lacing.
Aroma: Mild bready, grainy aroma with a little bit of apricot.
Taste: Pretty bland wheat-malt taste, with minimal citrus aspects. Slightly sharp bitterness
Mouthfeel: Thin body, with medium carbonation. Not sure how they managed to get a wibier this watery!
Overall: A pretty poor effort, only marginally more interesting than a macro-lager.
