I pour this from a 33cl bottle into my goblet and it pours very dark brown with hints of ruby included. A small creamy white head foams up slightly and dissipates to form just a thin layer along the surface of the brew. The aroma is very complex, yeasty, fruity, and overall general sweetness prevelant. Maybe a little toffee. Just a little alcohol as well. The first taste reveals very light body and fine yet sharp carbonation. THere are hints of cherry and overall tanginess in the flavor and the brew feels like a champagne in my mouth. The tangy, flavor is strong and lingers in my mouth long after I swallow. This is a very complex taste I am experiencing! As the brew warms I detect just a hint of sour on the finish and some stronger bready tastes as well.
This is one tasty brew!
