A surprising find on my recent CO trip. Was heading to Snowmass and spotted this on the way. Pleasantly surprised with the selection and help. Mirror Mirror, Old Viscosity, and Alaskan Smoked Porter were few of the finds there (and of course a good selection of Colorado brews--New Belgium Brewery, Great Divide, etc.). This was the best beer selection I came across South of Glenwood Springs (not being from the area, certainly if there are other quality establishments I'm all ears). Will definitely visit again!

visited on september 6th 2014 in conjunction with a trip to Casey Brewing and Blending. Selection is ok with nothing really special in the small section of cooler housing the craft beers. They no longer carry Russian River due to some dispute over what other beers they carry, no details, that's just what one of the store workers told me when i asked about RR. not worth a special trip but they had a fair selection of widely available 6 packs.

Was visiting out of town (from Kansas City) for work, and was very pleased to see Pliny in stock. Also tried Deschutes Hop in the Dark. Friendly staff, clean store, nice selection. Prices were also very reasonable. I left with both bombers for less than I felt I would have paid in KC or Denver, for sure. Less than $13 for the two. The staff was very helpful and commented on the selection. Also a very large selection of wine, if you're into that. Located in a strip mall a couple miles off of I-70 but on the way from Glenwood Springs to Aspen.

I was in the area recently and stopped in based on the BA reviews and was not disappointed. Being from Indiana, I don't have access to many of the beers with western distribution. I was hoping to buy Pliny, but they were out. I was able to buy several outstanding brews. Alaskan,Ska, Odell's, Russian River, Deschutes and others made the trip worthwhile. I was especially pleased with a bottle of Older Viscosity. There was a knowledgeable staff person who guided me through several choices. We had a wide ranging discussion on beers in Colorado. He made several recommendations on brewpubs to visit in other towns.

If you are in the Vail Valley on vacation you should make the ride through the canyon to go to glenwood springs. This beer store is a great stop. It is my go to place out of all the places in the valley. The selection of Colorado beer doesn't get any better. They also have the most consistent stock of Russian River in stock of any place in Colorado I have been to. EVEN DENVER! THey have ton of local six packs along the back wall in coolers and quite a few bombers to pick from. So check it out and some of the guys there are pretty knowledgeable!

This was a very pleasant surprise on my way to Grand Junction from Denver. The selection was very good, Ska, Russian River, Deschutes and others were all present. Their back wall was filled with six packs in coolers. I do wish they had some warm six packs and singles, but the selection was very good. What makes this place stand out was the customer service. The beer manager and I talked for good ten minutes while trying to find the best beers I could not get back east. He had several good recommendations and was searching his store for more beer. Just awesome customer service and knowledge.
