Stopped in here for the first time earlier this afternoon.
Andronico's Market is very similar to the Whole Foods Markets around the city. Most of products are locally grown and/or organic, and there's a heavy focus on freshness and quality. The prices are a bit higher than most grocery stores, but on-par with Whole Foods prices. The beer selection is also very similar to what you'll find at Whole Foods - lots of popular, west coast craft beers, along with a smaller selections of English, German, and Belgian ales and lagers. The biggest difference between the stores is that you won't find any Russian River here. All of the beer is stored in reach-in coolers and kept away from direct sunlight.
I didn't end up buying anything, nor did I speak with any of the employees, so I can't speak on service. I assume it's similar to most grocery stores.
