Hazy white wheat color with a low white ringed head and light carb. Nicely balanced citrus (orange peel), coriander, spice, and grainy wheat. Medium-light bodied and smooth with a perfect refreshing fruity finish.

One of ST's bests and a must have every summer !

Frosted pint in Centerville loctaion.

When you first look at it, it doesn't look like you got what you ordered I have to argree with the previous post but it is a true Witbier style brew. A little cloudy with nice white head and little lacing.

It smelled like a Witbier is supposed to, a huge citrus punch in the face with hops for the one-two punch.

I must've gotten a good batch (with a febuttal to the previosu post) because I had a lot of orange spice with lots of coriander. Not to much yeast which was good for a Witbier (still giving good apperance).

I could drink this all night. It takes care of thrist and tastes great. It glides on your tongue and stays there until you swallow it doesn't make you swallow like other brews.

This is one of the betters beers I have had. If you must have it go to the Centreville location because they have the recipe down pat. I always order it. A must drink in my opinion.
