Half pint on keg from Inn Deep, Glasgow (£3.50):
Quite a nice collaborative effort here from the two English based breweries, the beer was definitely a hop-filled one with a bit more sweetness than I'd anticipated at times but the oak & vanilla flavours were nice to see in this type of beer. For the most part it was the tropical flavours & hop bitterness that dominated proceedings but I was also surprised to see some of tart & funky saison like flavours near the end which were unexpected but welcome additions to the beer. It was a fresh & lively offering that proved quite easy to drink despite its strength; good stuff & one I'd be open to having again.

Note: this isn't a fresh bottle

Poured from a 500ml bottle into a pint glass.

Pours a hazy yellow colour with a lively white head.

Smells very hoppy, light biscuity malts.

Tastes of very toned down hops, and light malts.

Overall ok, would be better fresh.
