Another great Belgium tasting find from the grassroots market in Jacksonville. Drank this one straight from the 12 oz. bottle.
A: Extremely heady beer. From first pop of the cap, this beer was oozing out a creamy, orange spiced froth. Rich orange with a slight haze to the body.
S: Smells of ripe mango, passionfruit, citrus and lemongrass.
T: Sour apricot, ripe peach and spring hay on the front end, not much bite from the hops, with a dried fruit finish. Not sweet.
M: Lush and creamy with nice amount of micro-carbonation fizz on the tongue. Not bitter, alcohol present but well blended.
D: Delicious and highly recommended. Great springtime beer. This one will give you a buzz. Pair with BBQ chicken, fresh fish, mild cheese like farmers cheese or fruits and steamed vegetables of any kind.
