A: Pale, hazy yellow-orange color. A big fluffy head like whipped egg-white. Excellent retention and lacing.
S: A light fruity and yeasty aroma - typically belgian. Spiciness of banana and cloves. Slight underlying alcohol smell.
T: Somewhat dry with maltiness and a hop bitterness. A complex taste especially crisp and dry at the finish. Alchohol is apparent.
M: Medium carbonation and very creamy mouthfeel.
D: Alcohol a bit too noticeable for me but still a wonderful quaff. More of a sipping beer to be enjoyed deliberately. Should go nicely with dinner.
