330 ml bottle poured into a Chimay chalice.
A- Golden blonde, with a thick and dense white head. Sticky lacing all the way down. Gorgeous.
S- Peach and citrus, some biscuit malt, spice, and that signature indescribable Belgian yeast aroma.
T- Very sharp burst of malt sweetness all around. Not too sweet, however, and not too fruity either. Very well balanced, with a dull bitterness throughout.
M- Slight fizz, and a bit of a bitter finish. Pleasing.
O- I really love the tripels that aren't too focused on being sweet. This one is very great.
