Appearance: Cloudy orange color with little lacing and small head.
Smell: Acidic citrus scent, with hints of malt.
Taste: Apple, orange/citrus taste are strong initially, with warm alcohol induced flavors coming with the malty after taste.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, and fairly heavy body, also nice strong carbonation.
Drinkablility: With a beer this strong and expensive I wouldnt advise more than one or two, but the taste makes me want to drink it all night long.
Overall: You can never go wrong with a trappist brew. I loved it along with every other trappist brew I have had the pleasure of sampling. Reminds me of the Chimay Tripple and an Orval a bit. Only a noob wouldnt enjoy such a high quality brew.
