A: Beautiful pillowy head, showcasing great retention and obstinate lacing. The color is amber to light gold with noticeable yeast haze.
S: Medium to medium high intensity. Rounded, elegant and complex. Upfront: Banana, Clove and Orange Blossom. Back: Roses and Bubblegum.
Taste: Medium to medium low intensity. Clove, Banana, Bubblegum. The holy Belgian trinity in perfect harmony.
Palate: Low bitterness. Small yeast bite. Medium bodied. Medium low to low carbonation. Chewy Texture. Velvety finish. Short lingering yeasty, banana gum aftertaste. Wheres the alcohol?
Overall: To try this is a must. It's super complex and elegant. This is definitely one of if not the best Triple I've had and one of the best beers overall I've had. And this is coming from a guy who isn't even into Tripples that much.
