330ml Bottle - from the bank street lcbo for 3.75$
Appearance - Hazy yellow/amber colour with a large size fizzy and frothy white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation and there is some really good lacing. The head lasted for over 5 minutes before it was gone.
Smell - Lemon, grains, banana, yeast, clove/coriander, floral
Taste & Mouth - There is an above average amount of carbonation and I can taste lemons, bananas, and grains mixed with a honey sweetness. There is also some floral notes mixed with clove/pepper/coriander. It ends with a floral/spicy lemon aftertaste.
Overall - A beer that deserves its high score. The taste and smell are fantastic and it has a gorgeous appearance in the glass. One of the better tripels I've had and I look forward to drinking the rest of the bottles I picked up.

Poured into a Westmalle chalice.
Pours a nice Hazy gold. Not much head that dissipated quickly.
Smells like sweet bread/malts. Also getting some light fruits like apples and pears. Slight banana smell.
Taste is malty and sweet like most trappist tripels. I get some crisp apple taste, as well as some banana, like a weizenbock almost, just not as fruity an floral.
Mouthfeel is tremendous. Very light and crispy. HIgh carbonation, which is nice and tingly. mentioned how it compared to a weizenbock. Not nearly as thick as that. Very light, with a slight malty craeminess.
Overall a very good beer. Not the best trappist I've had (doesn't say much since they're all amazing), but still a very good one. I enjoyed the apple flavor. faint, but definitely there. Like biting into a freah apple right off the tree.
