Hazy, honeyed orange with a huge white head that leaves gorgeous tiered lacing.
Aromas are dry, yeasty, and malty, but not terribly expressive.
Subtly fruity (peach/berry) as it enters the mouth, but the flavor profile develops and becomes high-toned, somewhat raw, dry but not bitter, finishing long, with a tannin-like impression and a tiny bit of tartness. Chewing the beer brings out a little spice, mainly pepper. Alcohol is masked, and the mouthfeel is medium.
A subtle, dry classic.
