Pours an opaque reddish brown with a light tan head. Thick syrupy lace descends into a crown on the surface.
Bready almost molasses aroma, sweet and yeasty.
caramel and molasses sugar character upfront leads into belgian grains and a very light bitterness that fades away into sweet alcohol and grain. Sweet on the exhale with traces of dark caramel and a slight roasted chocolate.
Medium bodied with a crisp carbonation, just spot on.
Well made and a joy to drink. A solid Belgian that many could enjoy.
