The London Brown was a brown in color. The aroma is actually of a roasted malt character. The flavor is surprisingly roasty. It's a bit mild on the hops for my taste. There is a taste of floral hops. The finish has a surprising element of alcohol to it; this is quite surprising because of the low abv, more of a fusel flavor? Not actually my favorite type of brown.

Real middle of the road beer. Poured out to a hazy red color with nearly no head. Aromas of mild malts and sharp hops met the nose well. Flavors of carmel were full, with overtones of hops, buttery malts and some dry grain. An interesting combination. Mouthfeel was kind of thick, with a higher than normal level of viscosity. Not a bad beer. Worthy of a try.

Nice mild ale, fits the style well. Medium to light body. Pours a dark walnut brown with nice head. Aroma is bready and of candied sugar. Hop bitterness is medium. Little hop aroma. Taste is nice and even; fruity. Cherries, nuts, bread, apple, lots of fruit in the body. Not their best beer, but if you are in the mood for a medium bodied, mild ale, I recommend it highly.

Clear, deep chestnut with a fine, tan head that left spotty lacing on the glass. Aromas of dark chocolate, lactic sweetness, and very light roast - quite nice. Mild to moderate bitterness, with enough sweetness for balance. Light lactic sourness with a bit of roast in the finish. Medium/full bodied with lowish carbonation and a slightly slick texture. I really liked this one. It's a nice drinking pint with plenty of flavour.

on tap at the brewery. poured a reddish brown with a light tan head.aroma light chocolate, cherries, malts, hops, caramels,. flavor weak, malts, chocolate, hops, cherries, dry chalky mouth feel. this was not a bad beer I just wish the flavors were a little bit more robust.

Beer was a toffee color fitting it's most prominent flavour, with a slightly off-white head and a fair amount of carbonation. Smell was toffee, slightly roasted, hints of coffee and caramel. Taste was very much the same, with a little bitterness and the caramel flavors becoming more pronounced (though toffee was still at the forefront). Mouthfeel was great, crisp and clean, and going down very easily. This to me would make a great session beer. Next time I'm in Michigan I'll jump at the chance to have another of these.
