This German style wheat beer contains about 50% malted wheat and is balanced with Hallertau hops. This beer finishes low in gravity so the final taste is light on the palette and extremely drinkable. This is sure to be a favorite with first time and long time wheat beer drinkers.

One sexy Hefe.
Had it on tap at Hop Cat, Grand Rapids Michican. I usually drink the Final Absolution but found this to be a nice change.
A: Lightly golden. Hazy with a nice white head. Good retention.
S: Wheat, yeast, cloves, apples, lemon, banana, and grassy hops.
T: Strong Bannana, herbal, cloves. Very clean, light and easy to drink.
M: Light carbonation, smooth and crisp.
O: very good

A: served in a weisse glass at HopCat, this hefe is straw in color with a touch of orange. It displays exceptional haze, but the head could use a little work. It came out nice, but the retention just wasn't good enough for the 5.
S: bouquet is well presented, with banana, pineapple, and grapefruit being the major players.
T: tart, with a refreshing burst of acidity that quenches any thirst. Semi sweet body is accentuated by the tropical fruits promised in the nose, and finishes with a distinctive orange juice aftertaste. I prefer more cloves in my hefe, but this is both within the style guidelines and delicious.
M: medium to full in body with a touch of tickling bubbles.
D: one of the better hefe's brewed in the states, which gives me hope that the days of sub par hefes from the states are coming to an end. Definitely worth it, seeing as how it is nearly as good as the German offerings without the hefty import cost.

On tap at the Dragonmead Brew Pub.
Poured a medium and cloudy yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of bananas, cloves and some wheat. Tastes of bananas, cloves, wheat, and citrus. The profile for a Hefe was there if not on the thinner and semi-thin side.

Went to the brewery last night. This was a decent Hefeweizen a little mild for my tastes. It's all there don't get me wrong. The banana, clove, ect ect...but it just didn't have a good bite to it. I think I just like spicier more flavorful Hefe's, but very drinkable none the less.

Hazy dark gold with a thin, bright white head composed of fine bubbles. Decent retention with streaky lacing. The aroma was mostly cloves and banana, faint sulfur. The flavour had a sharp spiciness with a little lemon. Unfortunately, the flavour fell away in the finish, leaving it a bit watery. Lightish body with moderate carbonation, a little thin. An easy drinking beer, but it seemed to be a little off.
