Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a tulip, the beer is a thick, opaque, brown-copper coloring, unfiltered, with a clingy, cream colored head that is dense and smooth. Nose of supersweet butterscotch, both heavy and rich. Flavors of cream and butterscotch first, with smooth caramel ribbons throughout. Mild hops presence keeps the sweetness in balance. Boozey aftertaste, with spiced and herbal characteristics. Round, smooth bodied, with a slick, clean finish. Very tasty.
Serving type: on-tap
