Pilsner Style Lager
Our original golden lager is the lightest of our beers. Smooth, light malt flavors combine with just enough hops for balance to deliver a crisp and refreshing beer with a clean finish and no bitter aftertaste.

Pours a macro yellow with slightly less clarity than a macro. 1/2" white head quickly dissipates. Aroma of some grain and like, literally, nothing else. No hops evident.
Taste, holy moly, this is bland. I know, its for when you want to "cool" down after a vigorous day with your bros comraderie yadda yadda, but you know, I've had lots of very good beers that were light and not packed to the gills with hops and malt etc. . . This is some homebrew level hobby turned business. A splash of barley, a splash of traditional hop, lots of water and carbonation, a somehow neutral lager yeast that contributes like, nothing.
The commercial tugjob from these guys is cringe worthy bad. Be the hero by supporting heroes? You're kidding right? This is some contract brewed beer with a weak ass marketing appeal. You didn't refer to one of the safer (despite pop culture in the face of facts) occupations that let's you drink beer at work as "heroes" did you? Driving a taxi or working in sanitation is more dangerous and essential to society, so let's not knock the wind out of ourselves patting on on our back? Shit don't quit your day job that is a weak crossover marketing attempt.

Decent. Not bad. Just no big deal. As for the review, I default to : "if you can't say anything good, best not to talk."
But also not again.

Poured from 12oz bottle into glass. No dating found. Logo is "Created by Firefighters to support Firefighters".
Mostly clear, straw colored body. Persistent white, creamy cap. No lacing.
Aroma of grain malts and slightly sweet hops.
Taste is sharper than aroma. Pale malt and wheat, some floral hops, a little yeast. Relatively balanced.
Crisp, clean finish and mouth feel, as advertised.
An easy drinking lager, with slightly better than AAL taste attributes.

This with a taste that is heavily controlled by the malts with a nice sweetness.
Taste Rating in Words: It's a pencil in a cool color. There are dozens of them around but at least this one is striped.

Clear and golden with a thick head, smell and flavor reminds me of cheap beer, not a fan, sorry.

Pours a clear, straw color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of strong pale malt, wheat, hint of sweet malt, hint of yeast, hint of floral hops. Fits the style of an American Pale Lager. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of yeast, hint of floral hops, and wheat. Overall, weak appearance, quite sharp, decent blend and body.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, straw-yellow color with very little head. It smelled of floral notes and sweet caramel. Very sweet with caramel, toffee and a mild bitterness.
