Stopped in to watch the Seacows on the way back from a recent trip to Yakima. I don't know if this part of a chain, but it certainly has the look and feel of one. The food was decent, but not special, nothing wrong with any of the things we ordered, but nothing really notable either.
Among the 15-ish taps was a nice selection of local & regional beers, including Iron Horse (located in E-burg) and the stand out brews from Icicle and Bale Breaker. The service was solid and friendly, as you would expect from a restaurant next to the Interstate, staffed by college students, and in a college town.
Overall, if you're making the long drive across Central Washington, you could do much worse than stopping here for a break. And honestly, in E-burg, you might not do better.

The roadhouse is not a bad spot in ellensburg to go but it's nothing special either. I've been in here a few times and have never left impressed. The atmosphere is like that of every family chain restaurant. The service while good was nothing out of the ordinary. They have about 16 beers on tap a few are from the iron horse and roslyn, the rest are standard on tap northwest micros rounded out with the usual macros. The food is standard family restaurant fare again very average. Prices were also standard family dining prices. So to sum it up this is a standard family dining restaurant with nothing in terms of beer you can't get anywhere else.

I stopped at the Roadhouse while traveling.
Atmosphere is chain-like. Inside it looks like a Red Robin.
Quality OK. They were doing an Iron Horse promotion so half the taps were from Iron Horse Brewing Co.
Service was good on a slow Sunday.
Selection was OK 16 taps. When it not Iron Horse brews it looks line an average selection of regional micros. Widmer, Georgetown, Mac & Jacks, Roslyn and some macros.
Food was OK I had wings which were good. Burgers in the $9 range.
Value was a bit pricey for what it is. $4 a pint and $9 for a small order of wings.
