Pours a thin ruby black with a dark head. Very nice looking beer aside from how thin it is.
Aroma is mild. Notes of raw grains, grass, caramel, and the faintest hint of coffee or bitter chocolate.
Taste is very dry with lots of grain, hops add to bitterness but don't have much of a flavor presence or aroma. Other notes of dark bread and smoke were there but were very faint.
Mouthfeel is a rougher co2 based carbonation that wakes the palette up and is an improvement over nitro in my opinion. (On tap is a different story)
Drinkability is very high. This is a session dry stout that's worthy of party beer status.
