A: Typical Guinness black/brown, with a sticky, coffee-colored head that leaves lots of lace.
S: Roasted malt, molasses, dark fruit, brandy, somewhat sour/lactic as well -- like the regular Extra Stout
T/M: Definite sour/lactic flavor -- as I expect from non-draught Guinness. Roasted coffee/grain bitterness in the finish, along with some astringency. There's a sweetness up front, as well, resembling molasses and dark fruit. Mouthfeel is somewhat drying. Overall, I'd say this is sweeter than the regular Extra Stout, and the higher ABV gives a more complex range of flavors.
D: I love all non-draught forms of Guinness. I am a very bad judge of this; I would drink Guinness all day every day if I had the choice. That said, FES is extremely drinkable.
