On tap at the Hopcat.
Served into a tulip.
Served with 1/2 finger of khaki head with the slightest touch of red. Color is ruby hued copper brown.
Aroma: Sour cherries, dark chocolate. Sweet and malty. Light touch of tartness. Very fresh cherries. Some oak/wood flavors. Amazing.
Taste: Rich, sweet, and malty. Big tart cherry flavor with some chocolate malts. Maybe a hint of spice with some oak flavors. Very good.
Mouthfeel: Tart, smooth, and refreshing. Medium bodied with a medium amount of carbonation. Ends with more cherries. Fairly clean.
Overall, an amazing beer. So many fresh cherries. Very drinkable for the high abv. Really glad to have tried this on tap.
Serving type: on-tap
