Notes/Commercial Description:
This West Coast IPA was made to be a session IPA. It is very light gold in color with an intensely hopped nose. It has a high citrus hop flavor with a dry crisp aftertaste. If you like the DRIPA and want to last longer, try the Fluffer...

look: 4 | smell: 4.5 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4.5 | overall: 4.5

Appearance: Arrives with a pale golden color topped by a modest head; not much in the lacing department

Smell: Grapefruity, with just a hint of bready malt

Taste: Just a hint of bread, up front, and then the flavors are dominated by the grapefruit; slightly herbal on the finish

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: Refreshingly light, with a very nice grapefruit character; I always enjoy low ABV beers that pack in the flavor

On draft at Tap and Barrel, Smithtown, NY.

Poured a medium brassy hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was very Goid retention and lacing.

The smell featured resinous piney hops aplenty.

The taste consisted of a full on hop assault with elements of pine, pepper and grass. A nice crackery malt as well.

The mouthfeel was typical of the style with a clean finish.

Overall a tasty balmy session bomb.

A: The beer is crystal clear deep yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin white head that quickly died down, leaving delicate lacing on the surface and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: There are moderately strong aromas of citrusy hops in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell but has somewhat stronger flavors of citrus-grapefruit stands out in particular. It has a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied, a little crisp and very dry on the palate with a low to moderate amount of carbonation. The dryness lingers through the finish.
O: This beer reminded me a lot of Lagunitas' DayTime, except that it has stronger hop flavors and lots of lingering dryness. This is a really nice selection if you want something that is packed with hops but is also very sessionable.
