Big foamy cream-white head (like dish soap) atop a thin-looking black body. Good retention but the huge bubbles are strange looking.

Strong minerals, roasted malt (bordering smoky), earthy hops and a touch of caramel on the nose. Nice enough.

Tons of carbonation in the mouth. Lots of minerals again, light roast malt and a fairly high characterless tartness; almost like it's infected of something. Really seems like a porter crossed with a sugar-free soft drink (not much sweetness here). Flavour is just light and watery.

Way too carbonated, like Pepsi. Thin body.

From what I can put together this beer is supposed to be a kind of joke or discussion piece for beerophiles. I guess it's 'crazy' in that it doesn't make much sense but it's not something I'm going to be drinking again either. Didn't make me laugh but for $2 I'm not upset either. Interesting to try the world's first Impériale Black Double Light Baltique niet Dry-Hopée :P

Kesséca? Sort of a gimmicky with the crazy style name and all.

A-Thick, very foamy head. I've never really seen this sort of a texture. Almost looks like krausen. Impressive but also a little unsettling. Liquid is a dark, slightly purplish maybe, brown.

S- Mosquito repellent? Chocolate. Grape juice. Woody.

T- Light and sour. Much less chocolate than in the nose. Virtually nothing in the hop department.

M- Thin with very high carbonation.

O- Just slightly chocolatey and quite sour. Not sure why they made this. I don't think many will buy this twice.

The name of this beer means: Hello, it's us (coucou is a baby's way of saying hello). Brewed orginally to be served on nitro tap at chain of bars, he got burned and decided to use it to attract more people to Bieropholie.com. The style (tongue in cheek) is Impériale Black Double Light Baltique niet Dry-Hopée and invites people to the website to learn what these terms mean.

Appearance: Thick bubbly foam that is airy like bubbles in a bubble bath. The color of the head is a light mocha while the body pours a dirty brown. Nice lacing on the glass.

Smell: Not much but some mild roasted aroma.

Taste: Some dark fruits, very mild sourness, watered down coffee that turns to slight bitterness. Weird and not the best.

Mouthfeel: Watered down and a mild robustness clouded by an airy body. Feels like a nitro pour gone wrong.

Overall: While i appreciate the effort behind this, he should have cut his losses on this one. Not representative of craft beers and i hope people trying craft beers for the first time don't get turned off by this.
