Bottle: Poured a hazy and cloudy golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of spices with some rustic malt notes and some residual sugars notes. Taste is a good mix between some light spices, some rustic malt notes with some yeast also noticeable at the end. Body is full with good carbonation. Well brewed overall but a bit short on complexity and too much residual sugar for my taste

This beer is the Saison they brewed to be named by consumers.
A: Golden strong-like color with 3 finger creamy white head
S: Lots of spices. Yeasty characteristics.
T: Not much depth going on. Get some spices upfront, and some bitterness towards the end.
M: Pretty spot on for the style
O: A decent beer to drink on a hot summer day in MTL. As saisons are my favourite style, I am disappointed. There are no off flavours, as such, just a lack of complexity.

Appearance: It has a nice hazy golden color to it. It has a nice thick white head that dies down moderately and leaves some spotty lacing.
Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of peppery spices, grains, bready yeast and some citrus.
Taste: Like the aromas, it has a some grainy malts, bready yeast, peppery spices, lemon and some floral hops.
Mouthfeel: It has a low/med carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.
Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with good flavors and aromas.
