Bottle shared by Bobby.
A: The beer pours a pale golden orange color with a soapy white head.
S: Very light on the aroma. Some light fruits like pears and apples. Hints of spice, lemon zest, and some straw. Lemon candy sweetness/sourness to it which is sort of strange.
T: A big lemon flavor, leaning toward lemon candy. Light fruitiness with the same pears and apples that were present on the nose. A weird sort of straw flavor and a mild sweetness to it.
M: Light in body with a medium level of carbonation.
O: This was a really weird beer. It wasn't bad, but it didn't really taste like it should have...

Poured from a 12oz into my Bruery tulip. No date info on the bottle.
Pours out slightly darker than straw gold and settles into the glass a nice golden color. A huge head emerges on this. On first thought this looks like a possible infection with all the head (1/3 of the glass is nice clear golden liquid the other 2/3 is a dense foamy head). Letting the head settle I go for a second pour, this hazes the liquid up a bit due to some sediment getting poured in. Oh well, still a nice golden color. Head eventually settles to where I can actually drink the beer. No lacing is left on the glass.
Not much on the smell. Some light bready notes, some hops, and something sweet but not sure what it's from. Sort of smells like a BMC beer but like one notch better. Nothing amazing, but also nothing special.
Not a lot going on here. Pretty much exactly like the smell. Very light overall and nothing really jumps out at you. There is sort of off putting taste that comes up in the finish. It's sort of bitter but just leaves a weird taste in the mouth that I'm not liking at all.
Thin bodied with a light amount of carbonation. At times a bit watery. Goes down pretty easily but much like the rest of this beer, average and nothing special.
I don't envision myself revisiting this beer anytime soon. I picked it up solely because of the name of the brewery (I went to school in slo so I visited Cayucos a time or two). Pretty average beer in all aspects.

Poured a very light gold color with a msall white head. Nose is crisp, light, a tad bit of honey, hops. Taste is light, with a very light hop profile and some honey, tad bit of caramel perhaps. Mouthfeel is rather weak and flet but crisp at the same time, jsut seemed to lose flavor but low ABV would make it a good session brew.
