Pours a clear, golden color. One inch head of a white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of wheat, pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of hops, hint of floral, and a hint of clove. Fits the style of an American Pale Wheat Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of wheat, pale malt, slight sweet malt, hint of hops, and a hint of clove. Overall, a decent brew that is simple but well blended, I wish it was summer and not nearing winter as I sit drinking this.

A thanks to the master of canned beer, woodychandler, for this one. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a dark golden color with a 1 inch head. Smell is strong of honey, very sweet. Taste is honey, tangy, some wheat, not nearly as sweet as the smell, very easy drinking and refreshing. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall would be a solid beer on a summer day.

It was a banner day for The CANQuest (TM) as I visited Percy Street Barbecue on South Street in Philly! They claim to have the largest selection of craft CANs in the country and I would find that hard to dispute, especially given that I found three new ones myself.
The Crack was still out of my jurisdiction, but three beers in, I was CANsidered to be trustworthy enough to CANduct my own Glug. I got a fluffy finger of bone-white head with excellent retention from my pour. Color was a hazy lemon-yellow, hence "Unfiltered" prominently displayed on the CAN. Nose had the characteristic wheat beer tang: not citrus sour, but not really tart, either. Somewhere in that happy medium zone. Mouthfeel was medium and I definitely got the wheat tang on the tongue. I started to think that all of that nice Tonganoxie, KS honey had been wasted until the semi-sweet finish where I definitely caught a honey sweetness. It was a nice dry beer and probably more appropriate for summer.

I had this on tap in a pint glass.
Appearance- Slightly hazy, golden yellow color with a fingers worth of white head. Small amount of lacing.
Smell- Faint aroma of wheat malt.
Taste- Wheat malt with a hint of honey.
Mouthfeel- Light bodied, dry, and crisp. Decent amount of carbonation.
Overall- Not a complex beer by any means. Not bad but it could use a little more honey.

Color is golden with just a bit of yeast haze. The aroma is very light with spice and next to no hint of honey. The malt profile is quite dry with a good bitter bite. There is the smallest touch of honey in the finish. Not at all a favorite. Too much honey is not good, but so is too little.
