Although this is a fairly new brewpub, it was a Rock Bottom for several years so it does have a used look to it, which is good so it doesn't look to shiny and clean. They have a large selection of food so there is something for just about everybody. They offer just a few beers, which they brew themselves - you see the equipment for brewing, but there is no indication whether or not they actually brew on the premises. The waitstaff are alert, well-trained and pleasant so you feel welcome. Worth at least one visit.

One of the better chain Microbrewery and restaurants my wife and I have been to. A very good restaurant for non-beer drinkers with a above average menu that has an extensive vegetarian friendly feel.

The beer offerings are decent, and I like the fact that they spend some effort on Pilsners, Kolsch, Marzen, and Helles styles, which a lot of breweries don't.

It seems like the ale-crowd and high end beer lovers tend to rate it a little low, but I enjoy it, and in Atlanta, it gives a above average beer experience.

I went to Gordon Biersch not too long ago. I was somewhat familiar with the brewpub chain before I went. Overall, this location was pretty cool with parking underneath. The setting was really nice. I would say it was a lot fancier than other brewpubs that I have been to. The service was great and the beer was pretty good too.

My one complaint was the burger. I have never disliked a hamburger so much before at a restaurant. I'm sure I just had an isolated situation, but it would be hard to go back. The person that I was with thought the food was fine. If there is anything that would get me to come back, it would be the sweet potato fries; they are fantastic! But for me - someone who does not spend the money to eat out very often - this brewpub probably won't come to mind.

Dropped in here for a late lunch on a Saturday. Just a block down from several hotels, including ours. This is a very nice brewery/ restaurant. Very clean and inviting. Servers were all pleasant and somewhat knowledgeable about their beers. Beer was average, at best. Didn't even see an IPA on the menu and I'm a hop-head. Food was good, but there are way better beer places in Atlanta.

Atmosphere is exactly what was expected. There's a large amount of seating to the left and right upon entering and a fairly long bar right directly in front of the door. The bar has a few TV's scattered around and the brewing equipment is visible. High ceilings, semi-classy feel, clean, etc.

Quality is good. They have a few glasses that are unmarked and not chilled so that's nice but don't expect anything spectacular. The pours were nice with the proper amount of head.

Service is OK. I certainly didn't have to wait long to place an order for food or drink and both arrived quickly. What got me was hearing the bartender describe to another patron that their Czech Pils is "very hoppy" and similar to an IPA. I certainly won't go as far as to say he didnt' know what he was talking about as I can relate to the fact that it's sometimes difficult describing beers to the uninitiated however I would have liked to hear him provide more of a description.

Selection was alright. I believe they had 4-5 of their own beers on-tap and honestly I was hoping for a bit more variety. I assume the usual suspects were available in bottles as well. Hopefully they'll step up the seasonal beer production after they've gotten completely settled in.

Food was good. I had a cheesesteak and it was well done if a bit on the pricey side.

The prices are, as alluded to above, somewhat on the high side however it's to be expected in this part of town. Nothing too uncalled for but just be aware.

Overall this is a nice place with a solid business plan. Don't go expecting the world and you won't be disappointed. Also, it's nice having a decent option in Buckhead although I have to admit I'm surprised that it's the only one.
