Served in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Sounds dangerous... Anyway, this stuff pours a clear brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises funky orange peel, mild greens, cilantro, and dry biscuit. The taste brings in more of the same, along with a vein of what I can only describe as flat, old Squirt. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, a fairly sad little pale ale, one that lacks all sorts of character.

Copper pour, 1" head, a smattering of lace with equally inconsistent retention. Overall, the beer looks just fine. Aroma, really disappointing if you go for hop aroma. Just a bitter aroma. Super alpha acid hopping used in low quantity.
Just bitter, like a major copper flavor going on here. Could call it grapefruit-penny-anti-hop pale ale. A ton of carbonation. Just like what is all too commone in pales/ipas/dipas, tons of bitter viciousness, but no hop mouthfeel.
Why does this investment group called World Brews always acquire the worst garbage and find ways to put it out thousands of miles away. Can't say I've ever had anything worth having fromo them, again.

Bottle poured into pint glass
Appearance: Horrible head retention; looks just like soda. Clear golden color.
Smell: Light malt scent, that's it; really lacking so far.
Taste: Very light body, has this nasty bitter flavor that seems like it isn't from the hops.
I can't finish this. One of the worst beers I've had since reviewing Budweiser.

12oz bottle. No answer to my simple queries from anyone even remotely related to the production, delivery, or retail side of this beer leads me to make rash assertions as to the origins of the offering, or rather the incestuous nature thereof.
This beer pours a clear, medium golden amber colour, with two fingers of foamy, mildly bubbly dirty white head, which leaves a few thin streaks of bridge-like lace around the glass as it quickly bleeds into the ether.
It smells of musty caramel malt, semi-sweet orchard fruit, a bit of overripe black berries, and some mildly funky earthy, leafy hops. The taste is grainy caramel malt, a touch of sour breadiness, bland earthy fruitiness - peaches and apples, mostly - and dead-eyed (anthropomorphized, apparently) leafy hops.
The carbonation is quite neutered, and barely noticeable, the body a so-so medium weight, and too pithy and cloying to be deemed all that smooth. It finishes on the sweet side, the grainy caramel malt still buoyed by a stale fruitiness, as the hops seem to be truly absent by this point, replaced by a small, finally evolved plastic twinge.
I'm not getting that unpleasant from the get-go impression that its colleagues seem to engender, so colour me surprised, I suppose, but its overall essence still gives me the minor willies, only if there's really nothing else on offer to make me change my mind.

I was very suprised to find this at my local Shaws Supermarket here in Keene, NH...any new or different beer that comes through here is a suprise because we have such a crappy selection since we have to buy our beer in Convenience stores and or Supermarkets. They only had 12 packs of each Lager, Light lager & Pale ale so I took a sample of each one and made myself a mix-six pack.(You gotta improvise when the selection is so bad!)
Lable states: Flight 3 Citrusy hops and full bodied.
AP: Pours a clear, very bubbly pure Amber color with an 1/8' deep, scattered covering for a head. Leaves some sticky lacing all around the glass.
Nose: Fruity and citrusy hop(they were'nt kidding) with an herbal and nutmeg-like sweet malted scent. Decent aroma overall.
Taste: A rather complex, herbal abd citrusy bitter-hop flavor that is well balanced by the oak-wood nutmeg malt flavor that finishes with a smoked and herbal hop flavor that becomes leafy and earthy in the aftertaste.
MF: This is a medium to full body Pale Ale that feels crisp and rather heavy. It displays a nice mellowing feel as the flavor settles on the palate.
DA: This is a decent Pale...stands up to some of the best I feel. Look out Sierra Nevada!! (tehe)

12oz bottle from Woolworths Liquor, West Ryde, poured into a Golden Monkey tulip.
True gold in colour, with a nice off-white foam on top that retains well. Some streaky lacing.
Smell is slightly sweet, some apricot and a touch of mango, but otherwise not much else there.
Dull citrus taste, some apricot in there, but otherwise metallic and a fair bit of it.
Slightly creamy mouthfeel, some metallic bitterness. Some gaps in the feel, watery in patches.
Leaves you feeling underwhelmed, but thankful that you don't have another in the fridge. Needs a hopping overhaul and to rid itself of a metallic flavour and you might have an average beer.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a pint glass, this beer shows a slightly hazy orange amber in color with a thin head. Retention is light and lacing is present but brief.
Smell is of citric sweetness and extremely reminiscent of Firestone Pale Ale, a bit too nectar like. Taste seems a bit more bitter and with a bit of a chalky finish. Dryness carries through to the feel and to the finish. You can have this one as I assume it's another contract brewed knockoff of a beer that wasn't very good to begin with. I think a friend picked it up at Albertson's, perhaps a 'house' brand. Will confirm and update. Either way, I would avoid this debacle.

Drank this at a buddy's house, he had picked this up on sale at a local grocery store. Pretty much a run of the mill Pale Ale, although not as much hop aroma or taste as I expect in an American Pale Ale. Not offensive though, and besides from being a little bland, was definitely sessionable. Not something I'd buy personally, as I can crank out a better Pale Ale on my own.
Was surprised to learn later about the brewery that created this and their dubious products; must have stretched their brewmasters to their limits. I can almost hear, "What, no CORN?! What do you mean I have to bitter higher than 10 IBUs?! What's an aroma hop addition?" and so on.

Apperance- Pours a clear, copper/amber color with lots of effervecnance. The head is failry small and tight with some staying power and lacing.
Aroma- Nice balance of malt sweetness, and citrusy aroma hops with an herbal and mild grassy scent.
Taste- Nicely complex for an APA, herbal and citrusy bitter-hop flavor that is well balanced by the malt sweetness. Has a mild smoked flavor that becomes just a hair grassy in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel- Medium to heavy body with the perfect level of cabonation. A bit heavier than most APAs, but still quite nice.
Drinkability- Very nice APA.

Poured from a 12oz bottle from albertson (six pack was only $7).
I really enjoyed this beer overall. The hops are present but not overpowering. It has a lightly carmel-sweet flavor (maybe a bit of cirtrus). The head was decent but not great, and the lacing was a bit spotty. However the drinkability and the overall flavor IMO is very good. Not quite as bitter as a sierra nevada and a bit sweeter. Good beer overall and i'll definitely buy it again.

Poured a clear amber color with 1/2" head. The head has great retention, with nice lacing.
Very nice aroma, very hoppy with lots of bright citrus undertones.
As expected, a very citrusy and hoppy flavor, that was fairly well balanced. Not a bad tasting beer, definitely worth a try.
Nice mouthfeel, not too thin, not too thick. Proper carbonation.
Overall, a very drinkable beer. Well rounded, and I will be buying again.

Pours a light straw color with about 1cm of chunky white head that's fading away, but lacing around the edges. Smells mostly of water with a very slight citrus scent. The taste is fairly clean, very faintly hoppy. Finishes clean. Mouthfeel is watery and flat. Overall, it's flavorless and flat. Something someone that enjoys macros would enjoy.

12 oz. bottle, no apparent bottled on date present. Acquired at the local Jewel Osco, $12.00 for a 12 pack. I should probably note that my bottle is different than the one pictured, with a blue label and claiming a 5.30% abv rather than 5.4% as BeerAdvocate says.
Poured into a Firestone Walker pint glass.
A - After it finished overflowing from the bottle, it poured me a nice two fingers of fluffy white head with decent retention, on top of a somewhat cloudy yellow-orange body.
S - Muted hops and pale dusty malts. Vague sweet tea leaf type smell.
T - Light fruity lemon hops, dry pale malt, and copper. Metallic copper taste is a bit dominant. Finishes with a bit of green apple skin sweetness.
M - Mouthfeel is neutral, nothing really to speak of. Not bitter, not hoppy. Finishes itself off pretty quickly. Thin and watery, with a bit of dry malts and copper being the only tastes that linger around.
Overall, a very boring mediocre beer, much like many of it's companions apparently. The only friend of this beer that I have drank was the R.J. King Wingwalker India Pale Ale, which was by far a better choice. Light bodied and lightly carbonated, yet the two bottles of this sh*t that I've uncapped both exploded foam, so needless to say this beer is pissing me off. Moderate abv, but I would spring for the IPA if you're ever in a pinch and need to get your quick buzz because it's tastier and has a higher abv. Not a beer I will be trying again after I kill this 12 pack.

This is a nice pale ale witha beautiful amber color and a very creamy and fluffy white head. The aroma is quite citrisy and hoppy. The beer is medium bodied but tastes lighter than it looks. The citris taste really mellows the flavor of the hops and lets the malt come out. If it were a bit more carbonated it would be a really great pale ale. It is very drinkable and I would drink a few before the day was done if I had the choice to. Enjoy this one, it's a good pale ale.

Pours a clear orange colored ale with very little head formation.
Smell is sweet and malty with a notable amount of cascade hop in the smell. The scent is a bit spicy and there is a vanilla scent here.
Taste is sweet and a little spicy at the beginning. There is a fruit flavor here of apricots for some reason mixed with the taste of tea. Quite an interesting and lively tasting ale. The taste of this is a great deal like DFH Aprihop.
Mouthfeel is good.
Much more drinkable than I expected. The taste is basically a clone of DFH Aprihop, so if you like that you will like this.

Poured from a 12oz bottle into a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a deep amber color, with a thin white head that fades quickly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is of citrus, caramelized malts and a good amount of hops.
T: The taste is decently balanced with sweet flavors of citrus and caramel up front and nice complimentary hops bitterness. The malt character is on the thin side but it's enough to provide some substance. The after-taste is slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, clean finish.
D: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, decent kick, good representation of style, it's not the first APA that I would pick but it's still a decent beer that's worth drinking a few.

after the last beer from this brewery I am not looking forward to this at all. Again the appearance is right on form, amber beer with a large frothy off white head. The aroma is ok to, average for style slightly toffee malts and a whiff of hops. Hmm quite hoppy APA, very little malt backbone, as it says citric..and a creamy sort of body but its sort of strange..the malts are almost gone..not really balanced but really not that bad a taste Palate was all over the place watery, creamy, bitter ..etc strange. Overall quite a weird beer and slightly better than what I was expecting.
