I picked up a six-pack of Wing Walker Pale Ale at a grocery store to taste, review and enjoy. I poured this beer in to a pint glass.

Pours a pale copper color and is hazy. A foamy one-finger white head forms, and dissipates quickly to a ring around the side of the glass. The head produces a little lacing on the sides of the glass while drinking.

The smell is fairly faint and typical of the style. Hop aromas and some pine fragrances.

The taste is very acerbic. The label says “citrusy hops and full bodied.” I would agree, but I think the bitterness is overdone, and there is a hint of skunk flavor.

The mouth feel is full-bodied and dry.

This is a drinkable beer I guess? The second and third are better than the first, so perhaps it’s an acquired taste? All in all it’s a bit more acid and bitter than it needs to be, and the flavors are not real well balanced. I’d pick a lot of other pale ales over this one.

looks good after pouring into glass

smell is all malt almost "stale" , didn't like it

taste was very much like "paste " from first grade ...sorry, i dont mean to be rude or mean, ,, it just was real bad. Pale Ale has a taste, floaral, for example , bitter, for example this is not Pale Ale.

foamy mouth, good distribution of taste.

would not want this beer to be the only beer around

Looks good in a glass. It pours a nice orange/amber with an OK head.

It laced the glass all the way down.

The smell is very light on the malt and a solid citrus/pine smell of hop.

It's very well hopped. There is a nice piney taste, but it could use a bit more malt to balance it out. It tastes like they wanted it hoppy but didn't bother to balance it with some solid hop.

the mouth feel was OK. The cabonation is a bit coarse and and it lacks body.

It is quite drinkable. It would be good cool weather beer paired with something sweet or spicey.

Pours a clear orange colored ale with very little head formation.

Smell is sweet and malty with a notable amount of cascade hop in the smell. The scent is a bit spicy and there is a vanilla scent here.

Taste is sweet and a little spicy at the beginning. There is a fruit flavor here of apricots for some reason mixed with the taste of tea. Quite an interesting and lively tasting ale. The taste of this is a great deal like DFH Aprihop.

Mouthfeel is good.

Much more drinkable than I expected. The taste is basically a clone of DFH Aprihop, so if you like that you will like this.

after the last beer from this brewery I am not looking forward to this at all. Again the appearance is right on form, amber beer with a large frothy off white head. The aroma is ok to, average for style slightly toffee malts and a whiff of hops. Hmm quite hoppy APA, very little malt backbone, as it says citric..and a creamy sort of body but its sort of strange..the malts are almost gone..not really balanced but really not that bad a taste Palate was all over the place watery, creamy, bitter ..etc strange. Overall quite a weird beer and slightly better than what I was expecting.

Appearance- A one and a half finger head that recedes at a rate thats a bit too fast for me. Colro is a good middle ground amber with only a small, singgle stream of bubbles coming to the surface and no Brussell's lacing.

Smell- Definetly cascade hops and amber malts. Gives a bitter biscuit aroma.

Taste- A little too IPA for an APA. Toomuch hops for even an APA in my opnion. With that in mind, the malt makes a good connection with the hops. Makes me think of Polisj rye bread.

Mouthfeel- Defineltly astringent and palate cleansing. Leaves a slow aftertaste.
