Sampled on August 25, 2012.
The pour is the standard medium amber copper color with a quick head that becomes an off-white lingering ring.
The aroma is roasted caramel malts, a kind of "Werther's Original" character, a mild hop note, and the yeast.
While the body comes in at about medium it still has an astringent texture to it.
The taste begins sweet and becomes moderately bitter thanks to the approaching hop note at the finish. A fairly typical amber.

Into a pint glass:
A: hazy brown body that gave a one finger white foamy head that died within a minute. Some spider webbed lacing was left, some slowly rising carbonation.
S: centered around some light malts and light hops in a weak sort of bland way
T: exactly the same as the smell except it all came out really bland and unappealing.
M: light to medium, tingly and super sharp on the tongue, sessionable
O: I really don't think I'll get this again. I've got five more I'm not exactly sure what to do with. Aw man, and I really like reds, this is too bad.

Glass: Nonic pint glass
Appearance: dark amber almost brown. Thin white head and lacing is present.
Smell: toasted bread
Taste: sweet and malty with a bitter hoppy finish.
Mouthfeel: light bodied, average carbonation, not much of texture to this.
It's hard to really say much about this beer. It's not bad by any means it's very average, there isn't anything special about it.
