Pours a brilliant lemony straw with a frothy ivory head that lingers.

Grain, crackery malt, floral hops, and lemony citrus form the aroma. Citrus really sticks out.

Flavor reveals some citrus, as well, with earthy hops in the background finishing fairly bitter and crisp. Cracker-like malt ties the experience together. A tinny character surfaces late.

Body is a touch light, with fairly high carbonation.

Crisp and refreshing, though the citrus overpowers a bit. The finish is a little more bitter than I prefer.

Light pilsner color with a small white head, spotty lace, and a ring and thin sheet for retention. Aroma is lightly sweet, fresh grains, cracker malt, a little zesty, some floral hop, and a some buttered pizza dough. Flavor is dry with clean crisp malt, zesty floral hops, and nicely bready. A little bit of chewiness in the texture after the surge of dryness, with perky bitterness. Good pilsner!

Poured ice cold from the can into a Mason jar. It looks like lemon juice! It's cloudywith tiny rising bubbles to a thin quickly vanishing head. The scent is not very strong, a mix of grass and white bread. After this beginning, my expectations have dropped, but then, the taste hits. No date on the can, but this has to be very fresh. Not at all complex, this delivers a simple drinkability. Lightly bitter on the back end with a light mouth feel, this one is perfect for sharing with company at BBQ's on hot summer days.

Clear straw with a puffy white head that leave some quality sheeting behind on the glass as it drops. Spicy, floral hop aromas cover a simple, cracker-like malt profile. Flavor is crisp and grassy upfront with more of a traditional Pilsner malt flavor, though subtle, and some noticeable lager yeast. Hops are peppery and different than the Saaz you find in most Czech Pilseners, but certainly appropriate for the style (Tettnang is in that same general noble hop area). Light, dry, refreshing. This will be a good one to have on hand for the warmer months by the pool.

A: Pours a crystal clear pale yellow in color with light to moderate amounts of active visible rising from the bottom of the glass and hints of straw yellow highlights. The beer has a half finger tall foamy bright white head that reduces to a mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of pilsner malts and light aromas of spicy and floral hops.

T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of cracker and pilsner malts. That is followed by light flavors of spicy/black pepper and floral hops. Light amounts of bitterness in the finish which does not linger for long.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Smooth and crisp.

O: Refreshing and very easy to drink, definitely a sessionable brew with the lighter flavors/aromas/body and the lower ABV. Not overly complex but delicious on a hot day.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a stemmed vase, the beer is a hazy, bright, golden-yellow coloring with a fluffy, bubbly, bright white head. Nose of toasted grains, floral highlights, and hints of lemongrass. Flavors are toasted throughout, with a hint of honey and grass. Noble hops bitterness, with a touch of pepper spice. Smooth bodied, with a crisp, peppery aftertaste into a clean, smooth finish. Very refreshing.

12oz can poured into a standard pint. The brew appears a clear light golden yellow color with a white sudsy cap that fades to a thin film.

The smell is sweet and floral/fruity with minor grassy hints and herbal hops that blend to a sulfur laden finish.

The taste is sweet like candy moreso than your typical malt sweetness with a fruity aspect and herbal/grassy hop finish.

This is medium to light bodied with a modest amount of carbonation. Overall not a bad pils, its easy drinking and something I could throw back in quantity.
