330ml bottle served in its own chalice glass.

A: Slightly cloudy golden yellow color. Forming a creamy thin bubbled white head. Medium retention and lots of lingering lacings in the glass

S: Sweet and fruity. Vanilla, honey, caramel malts, orange, peaches, sweet grains. Traditional notes of Belgian yeasts. A bit boozy in the end

T: Sweet upfront. Notes of honey, vanilla, sweet grains, caramel malts, orange and peach notes, sweet bread, bready Belgian yeasts. In overall a bittersweet taste. Good hops bitterness in the end

M: Heavy body with lots of carbonation. Bittersweet and very malty aftertaste

O: Good drinkability. Classic Belgian Tripel. Good

Pours a clear gold with a foamy tan head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace slowly drip into the remaining beer on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, honey, spice, and cardboard aromas. Taste is much the same with honey, spice, fruit, and slight cardboard flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness and an alcohol kick on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some oxidized qualities that actually don't really detract from the other aromas and flavors.

2 year old bottle. A reviewer wrote: "I'm eager to get it on my tongue, again."

A; Clear, light golden, capped with a dense, rocky, lacy, lasting thick white froth.

S: Aroma is tripel all the way - complex, yeasty blend of citrus, spice, uplifting, floral, incense, pepper, with blend of fruit apricot, pear, lemon.

T: Complex, crisp, acidic, and rich with flavor, a slightly sour, peppery mix of fruit and spice. with energetic power in each sip, each with a fine bitter sweet, and long peppery arc that fades slowly on the tongue.
MF: A lot of pepper tingle on the palate, sharp and needle like finish. Leaves you in a great place, but you must like pepper!

"It's a power house" that ought to be tasted against the best Trappists. A bit strange and a bit peppery and sweet at same time. Arc from sweet to pepper.

Served into a chalice

Pours horsepiss golden color with a small declining head that is gone quick

Smells of champagne, caramel, green apple, and some slight dark fruits

Hits heavy with spice, yeast, banana, clove.

Finishes dry. This hits hard right away. Reminds me of thier donk is so many ways

A-slight haze yet some clearness with a large white head that faded and leaves a very little lace
S-banana, pepper, coriander, and clove
T- spice and pepper are strong with the alcohol warming coming in strong in the aftertaste
M-medium body and high carbonation
O-many strong flavors in this beer, it is a good winter type beer for me
