Bottle dated 080620, poured into slender glass.
A- a dull, bit of golden complexion to it. Thin head of bubbles on top. Well carbonated from a close up look.
S- a light lemony smell to it. Definitely can smell a bit of funk, nothing too overpowering to it.
T- a lemony taste just like the smell with some other fruitiness noted. You get a bit of funk kicked in midway of tasting the beer. Sourness is there, but not enough to make me pucker up. I expected a bit more squeeze my lips together reaction, but no. Still delicious.
M- kind of thick a d syrupy, good fell. Medium bodied and goes down very smooth despite the carbonation you observe.
O- good lambic to try out as a first. Overall a good beer I wouldn't mind trying again. Not bad for 7.99. Great to relax and sip on.

Hazy golden straw color with a finger and a half of head that dissipates quickly. The nose has some artificial fruit aromas, like cherry kool-aid and grape kool-aid, clean pale malts, a slight vinous quality and some barnyard funk. I get wheat and bread yeast on the front of the tongue with a sharp sour attack on the way down, then a lemony finish and nice bready aftertaste. Drinkable, light, and highly carbonated.

Aroma: Tart, sweet.
Appearance: Hazy amber, not much head.
Flavor: Tart and sour up front, once sourness passes over palate get a nice peach/plum flavor, almost like a sour plum wine.
Mouthfeel: Medium, a little thick for a lambic, not as dry as a lambic should be.
Overall: Pretty good beer, not overly sour has a good fruity tart mix going on. I prefer a dryer less fruity gueuze than what this offers. a little too much like a sour plum wine for me.
