Bottle from Tipples pours a deep reddish orange with small fizzy white head. Aroma of sour vinegar and peaches, sweet sugar. Flavor is lightly sour peach up front finishing with big sweetness. High prickly carbonation keeps it plenty light. Lingering peach rind on the palate. Overall a mostly fruit beer but the sour aroma is nice. Not a lot of other character in the flavor besides the sweet fruit but overall nicely drinkable if in the mood. What’s with all the hate?

A: Pours copper with a small beige head. Faint lacings.

S: Peaches, brett and sour yeasty notes. A faint sweetness feels like an off-smell.

T: Obviously peaches, some brett and sadly enough lots of sweetness - it's like peche-lemonade...

M: Body is medium, carbonation is non-excisting and aftertaste is short.

O: If your plan is to produce a Lambic - use fruits - not juice!!!
