A: The beer is clear dark red in color. It poured with a quarter finger high pink head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sweet cherries are present in the nose.
T: As in the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of cherries and has a moderate amount of sweetness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has
O: This beer is very easy to drink. It seems to have a good balance between the cherries and sweetness, but the cherry flavors seem like they are a little artificial.

Pours a deep cherry red with a light pinkish head. The aroma is heavy on the cherries but also some lambic bugs at work here. The flavor has sweet and sour cherry notes, leaning toward sweet, but still a lambic tartness that rounds out the beer. The finish is sweet to dry cherries with minimal funk. Still hits the spot when I want something in this style, and light enough on the palate and alcohol content to be an ideal breakfast or brunch beer. Enjoyable.

On tap at Verdugo Bar in Los Angeles, CA.

Pours a hazy dark red with a foamy reddish-white head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is sweet and sour malt, cherry juice, cherry candy, and metallic aromas. Taste is much the same with sour cherry juice and cherry candy flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a smell that is more like a soda or juice, but the flavors come through as a solid sour cherry beer.

Serving type: on tap.
