A: poured into a Duvel Tulip to a deep purple with a finger of dense pink head that fades quickly and leaves minimal lacing
S: smells of raspberries. lots of sweetness with a little bit of tartness
T: taste is tart and acidic with a good blast of raspberry flavor, slight oak and vanilla but mostly tart raspberries. Swallow is raspberries, lingering tartness and the slightest amount of funk
M: this beer is on the lighter side of things with slightly prickly carbonation and a dry finish
O: This beer is pretty good. It isn't as good as some but it has plenty of fruit flavors, tartness and a decent amount of complexity. I think I might pick up another bottle to see how it changes after a year.
