( Served in a flute)
A- This beer pours a deep, deep ruby ready with a purple head. small bubbles gently float to the surface
S- The smell is semi-sweet currants grapes and a hint of dark cherries and a faint mint quality. that aroma fills the air before you even bring it to your nose.
T- Big red currant flavor with a dark fruit complexity and a tart finish. Some notes of subtle mint were in the taste aswell. Not overly sweet but a bit tart
M- medium body with a bit of strong fizz
D-This beer is very unique and wonderful. It has the qualities of a lambic but it is not as dry as most lambics. The complexity of the fruit and the touch of mint is wonderful. If I ever find this again I will buy out the shelf.

This lambic held a small, dirty purple head over a dark purple body--and just oozed cassis all over the place--a big big smell. It was thick in the mouth, enough to remind of cassis liqueur, especially with the strong taste. Sweet and sour in the mouth, a bit lemony. I found the finish to be particularly thin, not really hinting at anything besides cassis, and, with the soda-like carbonation, it all-in-all impressed me as a very drinkable, refreshing lambic.

250 mL brown glass bottle, capped.
This lambic poured a clear, deep red color with purplish-pink foam that dissipated fairly quickly. The smell was rich and sweet and fruity (currants, grapes) with a hint of oak. The taste was very sweet and syrupy with some tartness. Sweet and tart. Flavors of grapes, cherries, and currants were evident. The mouthfeel was sharp and crisp with un underlying sweetness. The body and carbonation were medium. The aftertaste was very fruity. This was a good lambic, though rather far to the sweet side of lambics.
